§ 9.37.130. Administrative costs.

    In addition to the imposition of administrative penalties, the City Manager or his authorized designee may assess administrative costs against the person when it is determined that a violation has occurred and that compliance has not been achieved within the time specified in the initial compliance order or that a violation has recurred within eighteen (18) months of the suspension of the case.

    B.

    The administrative costs may include any and all actual costs incurred by the City in connection with the matter before the City Manager or his authorized designee including, but not limited to, costs of investigation, staffing costs or staffing overhead incurred in preparation for the hearing and for the hearing itself, and costs incurred for all inspections or reinspections necessary to enforce the compliance order.
