§ 9.24.020. Violation—Nuisance.

Any machine, contrivance, appliance, device, game, ticket, chance, share, interest, instrument or article operated, used, kept, possessed, placed or maintained in violation of the provisions of:
A.

Section 330a of the State Penal Code;

B.

Any section enumerated in Part I, Title 9, Chapter 9 of the State Penal Code; or

C.

Section 9.24.030 of this Code is declared to be a nuisance and shall be subject to abatement as provided in Section 9.24.040.
