§ 8.76.070. Abatement—Appeal—Contents.
Any owner may appeal to the City Council from the determination of the Board of Examiners, Appeals and Condemnation by filing with the City Clerk within ten (10) days from the date of service of such decision or report, a written appeal containing the following, along with a fee as prescribed by Councilmanic resolution:
A.
A brief statement setting forth the legal interest of each of the appellants in the building or the land involved;
B.
A statement in ordinary and concise language of the finding or action protested, together with any material facts supporting the contentions of the appellant;
C.
The signatures of all parties named as appellants, and their official mailing addresses;
D.
The verification, under penalty of perjury, of at least one (1) appellant as to the truth of the matters stated in the appeal.
