Dispensaries may sell, distribute, dispense, provide, deliver, or transport Cannabis,
only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited
to, this Code, any regulations implemented by the Bureau of Cannabis Control, California
Business and Professions Code Sections 26000 et seq., and all other applicable State,
federal and local laws and regulations.
