§ 5.78.050. Inspection authorized.

The Health Officer or any of his duly authorized agents shall have the right to enter and inspect any place where tattooing is practiced for the purpose of determining whether same is being conducted, managed or carried on in compliance with the rules and regulations and sanitary requirements of the Health Department.
