§ 5.74.030. Application contents.

A permit shall be issued upon the applicant's furnishing the following information to the satisfaction of the Chief of Police; otherwise, it shall be denied:

A.

Proof of compliance with the provisions of Long Beach Municipal Code Chapter 5.28;

B.

Name, address and telephone number of organization or association;

C.

Names and addresses of principal officers;

D.

Location of premises where the rummage sale is to be conducted;

E.

Date of commencement of sale, hours, and proposed duration, not to exceed five (5) days;

F.

Name, address and telephone number of person making application on behalf of the organization or association.

G.

If the rummage sale is held on property not owned by the applicant/organization, a letter of permission from property owner is required.
