§ 5.71.090. Abatement generally.

Whenever the City Manager or designee determines that any PAT constitutes a public nuisance, the City Manager may commence proceedings to either suspend or revoke the permit or impose one (1) or more of the operating conditions set forth in Section 5.71.070, as appropriate.
