§ 5.70.040. Permit—Suspension.

Whenever it appears to the Health Department that the provisions of this Chapter with reference to any business for which a permit is required under Section 5.70.015 are not being complied with, or that any said business is being conducted in such a manner as to endanger the public health, safety or morals, any permit issued under this Chapter may be suspended by the Health Department pursuant to the provision of Chapter 5.06 of this Title 5.
