§ 5.70.020. Permit—Issuance.

Permits to conduct any business subject to permit under Section 5.70.015 shall be issued by the Health Department upon written application therefor. Such permit shall authorize the applicant to conduct such business on an annual basis or until the permit therefor is suspended or revoked.
