§ 5.70.010. Definitions.

A.

"Bathhouse" as used in this Chapter means and includes any establishment that contains any artificial pool, pond, or body of water, the primary use or intended use of which is for swimming or bathing.

B.

"Health parlor" or "spa" as used in this Chapter means and includes any premises, structure or portion thereof used or intended to be used for exercising, bodybuilding, body tanning, or any other similar activity associated with physical fitness or well being or attractive appearance, with or without the use of equipment.
