§ 5.68.080. Business license required.

A business license shall be obtained and the fee therefor shall be paid as prescribed by the business license provisions of this Code in the following instances:
A.

By every person to whom a pedicab permit has been granted pursuant to this Chapter;

B.

By every person to whom a driver's permit has been issued, excepting those drivers who are employees of a person to whom a pedicab permit has been issued.
