§ 5.65.120. Swap meet—Minor vendors prohibited.

No swap meet operator shall permit a person under the age of eighteen (18) years to register as a swap meet vendor. A swap meet vendor may, however, employ one (1) or more persons under the age of eighteen (18) years as salespersons.
