§ 5.65.020. Permit—Required.

No person shall engage in, carry on, or conduct the business of a swap meet operator or display/selling event promoter for an event described under Subsections 5 and 6 under Subsection 5.65.010.E without first having obtained a permit in accordance with this Title, and complying with any and all requirements and regulations as contained and set forth in this Chapter.
