§ 5.44.010. Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth as follows:
A.

"Going-out-of-business sale" means the advertising or otherwise using any word or phrase which conveys to the public the idea that a sale is for the purpose of retiring from or closing a business.
