§ 5.37.110. Definitions.

Unless the particular provision or the context otherwise requires the definitions and provisions contained in this Section shall govern the construction, meaning, and application of words and phrases as used in this Chapter:
A.

"Mobile food preparation vehicle" shall mean any vehicle, including an unhitched trailer, upon which ready-to-eat food is prepared, cooked, wrapped, packaged, or portioned for service, sale or distribution. However, the term "mobile food preparation vehicle" shall not include "retail food vehicles" as that term is defined in Long Beach Municipal Code Section 5.66.010 or "ice cream trucks" as that term is defined in Long Beach Municipal Code Section 5.51.010.
