§ 5.36.020. Permit application.

Each person, before obtaining a permit to carry on the business of selling firearms, shall make a written application on forms furnished by the Chief of Police, which shall be signed by the applicant. Every applicant must provide all documents required pursuant to Section 12071 of the California Penal Code.
