§ 5.34.040. Permit—Nontransferable.

No permit issued under this Chapter shall be transferred in any manner, whether by operation of law or otherwise, from location to location or from person to person. Every escort bureau permittee shall report immediately in writing to the Director of Financial Management, Chief of Police and City Health Officer any changes or transfers of escorts.
