§ 5.32.060. Other requirements.

Any person engaged in the business of buying and selling tangible personal property as defined in Section 21627 of the Business and Professions Code shall be required to obtain a secondhand dealer license as defined and regulated by Chapter 5.64 of this Municipal Code.
