§ 5.32.040. Permit—Fee.

A.

Every person applying for a permit under this Chapter for maintaining, carrying on or conducting the business of a coin dealer or stamp dealer shall pay a fee as established by resolution adopted pursuant to Section 5.04.040.

B.

No permit issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall be transferable nor shall any person conduct either the business of a coin dealer or stamp dealer under the permit of another person, except as may be provided in this Chapter.
