§ 5.28.110. Bond cancellation.

Latest version.

All bonds required by this Chapter shall remain in force and effect for the entire period of registration, except that sureties may cancel any such bond and thereby be relieved of further liability thereunder by delivering written notice thereof to the City Manager not less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such cancellation. Such cancellation shall not affect any liability incurred or accrued thereunder prior to the effective date thereof.
