§ 5.26.020. Circus.

Every person conducting, managing or carrying on a circus shall obtain from the Director of Financial Management a written permit to conduct such circus, the application for such permit to be made in writing to the Director of Financial Management and such permit issued pursuant to this Section shall be nontransferable.
