§ 3.68.010. Utility users tax—Tax rate.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Sections 3.68.030 through 3.68.060 of this Chapter, the tax imposed therein shall be imposed at the rate set forth below:

Commencement Date	Rate
October 1, 2000	9.0%
April 1, 2001	8.0%
October 1, 2002	7.0%
October 1, 2003	6.0%
October 1, 2004, and thereafter	5.0%
