§ 3.62.130. Citizens' Advisory Committee.

There is hereby established a five-member citizens' advisory committee, whose members shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. The committee shall periodically review the City's use of revenues generated by this Tax and shall make recommendations to the City Council with regard to the use of the Tax.
