§ 3.24.030. Use of funds.

Any money in the redevelopment revolving fund may be paid to the Redevelopment Agency of the City upon such terms and conditions as the City Council may prescribe for use in any of the redevelopment projects within the City and for any of the following purposes:
A.

Deposit in a trust fund to be expended for the acquisition of real property in a project area;

B.

The clearance, aiding and relocation of site occupants and preparation of any project area for redevelopment;

C.

Any expenses necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the redevelopment plan which has been adopted by the City Council.
