§ 2.96.010. Statute of limitations.

Unless otherwise specifically provided by statute or ordinance, the provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure pertaining to judicial review of administrative decisions, shall be applicable to all adjudicatory administrative decisions of the City Council or any Board or Commission where a hearing is required.
