§ 21.52.269. Restaurant in the R-4-H district.
The following conditions shall apply to restaurants in the R4-H zoning district:
A.
The public entrance shall be from the lobby of the residential building;
B.
No signs shall be placed outside the building; and
C.
Sale of alcoholic beverages in restaurants shall be limited by the following additional conditions:
1.
The operator of the use shall provide not less than ten (10) parking spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of dining area plus twenty-five (25) parking spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of lounge, bar or waiting area regardless of status of the previous use as to legal nonconforming parking.
2.
The operator of the use shall prevent loitering in any parking areas serving the use.
