§ 21.15.1420. Housing, moderate cost.

"Moderate cost housing" means:
A.

Housing renting for a monthly rental of not more than thirty percent (30%) of monthly household income of a moderate income household (defined to be a household earning not more than one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the County median income); or

B.

Housing selling for a total purchase price not exceeding two and one-half (2½) times the annual household income of a moderate income household.
