§ 20.40.060. Improvement plans.

A.

The subdivider shall furnish all plans necessary to construct the required improvements to the Director of Public Works and/or Superintendent of Building and Safety prior to approval of the final subdivision map or the certificate of compliance.

B.

Improvement plans shall be prepared by or under the direction of a California registered professional engineer working within his or her area of expertise.
