§ 20.14.030. Development rights.

A.

The approval or conditional approval of a vesting subdivision map shall confer a right to proceed with the development in substantial compliance with the approved tentative map.

B.

The rights referred to herein shall expire one (1) year after the recordation of the final map or one (1) year after submittal for plan check, whichever occurs first, provided that no vesting map shall expire within one (1) year of submittal of plan check.
