§ 20.04.140. Parcel map—When required.
Whenever any provision of this title requires a subdivision map to be filed, such map shall be a parcel map if:
A.
The subdivision includes four (4) or less lots or condominium units (or other common interest subdivisions) for residential development or use; or
B.
The subdivision is for commercial or industrial development; or
C.
Each lot will have a gross area of twenty (20) acres or more and has approved access to a maintained public street or highway.
