§ 1.24.090. Number of pamphlets.

A sufficient number of pamphlets, containing the argument for and argument against the adoption of any measure or proposition, including the rebuttal argument, shall be printed as required by law and in addition thereto, to provide for the delivery of ten (10) copies of the pamphlets to be kept at every polling place in the City, while an election is in progress, so that they may be freely consulted by the voters.
