§ 16.44.151. Authorized helicopter facilities.

A.

General helicopter landing facilities are those approved by the City and all other relevant government agencies for uses of the type and nature specified in the permit.

B.

Emergency helicopter landing facilities are those established by the City or other governmental entity for police and fire emergency use only.
