§ 10.51.030. Prohibited—Designated areas.

No person shall operate, drive or cause to be propelled an EMB on any street, alley or sidewalk, or portion thereof, in any business district, as defined in California Vehicle Code section 235, which has been designated as an area where operation of EMBs is prohibited.
